Will we ever see a Google Store?

Google is reportedly (WSJ, 9to5) about to enter the retail space with its own stores. Jason Calacanis wrote on the essential Launch Ticker:

This is a no brainer. Given the huge market for Android smartphones and tablets, Google could fill a store 2x as big an Apple one with Samsung, HTC and countless other partner's products. Not to mention accessories. Super smart move.

I wonder then what a Google "brainer" might look like?

My hope is that it would involve very cool stuff I can't experience elsewhere. Google Glass. Self-driving scooters? Machine learning wizardry ..? Definitely crazy stuff from X Lab.

Whatever they do I hope it's about more than products. I hope it's about the Google Experience. And I look forward to Google's version of a Genius Bar, which might employ actual geniuses.
