Metadata goes hand in glove with analytics. It powers the tools that enable us to understand how the market is responding to our digital publishing efforts.
Kate’s post is worth reading and it’s the only one I’ve read to date which has gone beyond providing anything but a superficial analysis of TOC2010. Thanks Kate!
