A very important safe sex campaign has been pulled by outdoor advertising group Adshel.
The campaign, targeting gay men and encouraging the use of condoms, was deemed offensive by a mere 30 complainants akaThe Australian Christian Lobby.

UPDATE [5:05PM] Adshel has reinstated the campaign. Brisbane Times has the story. So, the ACL turned a very targeted bus shelter campaign (most ads were in and around an inner city Brisbane suburb) into a national media story: functional idiots … At the time of writing, more than 13,000 votes have been cast on a Brisbane Times poll, of which 83% (10,790 votes) were in favour of the ad not being removed. It took only 30 complaints to get the ads removed …
