First food post naturally coffee

It’s only right that my first food post is about coffee, or more particularly my favourite providore of the roasted bean: Merlo.

Beautifully roasted beans, amazing variety, ultra friendly staff, free coffee when you buy stuff and a growing number of Merlo branded outlets makes for great coffee, everywhere. The Red Hill Publishing team is rather chuffed that Merlo recently opened a new outlet just around the corner from our office in Paddington (Queensland).

Grinding our beans in the office is going a little too far — we’ve got work to do! — and so we get the Merlo crew to do the job for us. Here’s the current state of our tins :-)
