How do you position your business if you have exposure to the internet? Business-to-business? Business-to-consumer?
The problem with these definitions is that the internet is C2C, i.e. consumer-to-consumer.
I’ve talked about this before (in a round about way). Users of digital media can equally be creators, marketers, distributors and retailers. Linear business models simply don’t work on the net.
There’s a reason Facebook is so huge: they understand C2C.
